| Phipps CDC’s Educational Services to Grow cont. The grant stipulated that the foundation would contribute
$250,000 if we raised the balance of the costs -- $550,000 -- by
November 30, 2006. Generous contributions from JPMorgan Chase, May
and Samuel Rudin Family Foundation, Robert E. and Judith O. Rubin
Foundation, The Achelis Foundation, The Bank of New York, The Carson
Family Charitable Trust, The Roy J. Zuckerberg Foundation, and The
Starr Foundation made the match that will allow us to go forward
with our plans.
