This Golden Era under Mayor Bloomberg has brought
about a boom in real estate in the City that is improbable to imagine
and certainly impossible to ignore. Not just in Manhattan, but in
Bed Stuy and Harlem and East New York and Long Island City –
even in the South Bronx - land values are at stratospheric highs.
