PHSI is a Full-service property management company specializing in government-assisted and other affordable housing, including housing owned by not-for-profit institutions. We are a leader in providing cost-effective, comprehensive services to enhance a property's revenue collection, cost control, maintenance and physical repair, financial reporting and integrity, bulk purchasing of goods and services, work force management, and tenant/resident relations. PHSI carries out its services in the context of Phipps Houses' overall corporate mission. PHSI does not "unbundle" its services for higher prices or direct third-party contracted services to captive or related entities. We will offer a reduced set of asset management or "back office" services at substantially reduced prices to support cost-conscious mid-sized owner/managers who want to 1) maintain control over property operations 2) assure internal control without making substantial fixed cost investments in technology or staff, or 3) see value in maintaining community presence.
