Volunteer Tutor Application and Instructions
Thank you for your interest in the Phipps Volunteer Tutoring Project. Please read the following instructions before submitting your application.

If your experience and availability match our program needs, you will be contacted for an interview. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection or participation in the Phipps Volunteer Tutoring Project. The information you provide will only be used in connection with the work of the Phipps Volunteer Tutoring Project and will only be accessible to project staff members.

Submit your completed application by email to volunteers@phippsny.org
or by fax to (718) 620-8475.


    Instructions

    To apply online, complete all sections of the application by typing into each field.

    When finished, click “Submit Form” in the upper right-hand corner. You will be prompted to fill in an automated email to which your application will be attached. You should receive an email acknowledging your submission.

    If you do not see “Submit Form” on the application document, please complete all fields and save the document to your computer. Then submit via your personal email account as an attachment to volunteers@phippsny.org

    To submit an application by fax, simply print out the application and complete by hand. Fax all pages to: (718) 620-8475.
