CAREER NETWORK BUILDER $200,000
Support a 2022 Career Network: Healthcare class cohort through graduation: This program provides young adults with an immersive experience in the healthcare industry. At this critical time in public health, you will be paving equitably attainable career pathways for a new generation, who would not have access to this vital field without Phipps Neighborhoods’ support.
RESIDENT SERVICES BENEFACTOR $100,000
Support the full integration of Phipps Neighborhoods services for all Phipps Houses residents: We will expand our social service and case management work to reach more Phipps Houses families. These efforts will create lasting change in the lives of all Phipps community members.
DIGITAL INCLUSION BENEFACTOR $50,000
Support digital access for students and adults: Phipps Neighborhoods bridges the digital divide by providing devices, connections, and tech support for families in our neighborhoods. We will promote student participation in meaningful STEAM learning (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math), including creating a Makerspace for digital exploration and developing tools to assist adults in navigating, understanding, and implementing web-based opportunities and resources.
EDUCATION BENEFACTOR $35,000
Support educational opportunities for all students: We aim to create a comprehensive continuum of responsive learning environments which support young people, from Pre-Kindergarten to afterschool activities, community school resources, and college access and career launch programming.
COMMUNITY WELLNESS BENEFACTOR $25,000
Support the mental and emotional wellbeing of our community: Phipps Neighborhoods will continue to provide steadfast support to a community that has borne the brunt of the pandemic. We will connect our community to difference-making solutions and resources with compassion, empathy, and sustained determination.
CAREER NETWORK: BUILDING SERVICES BENEFACTOR $15,000
Support the launch of Phipps Neighborhoods’ new training program in the building services trades: In 2022, we will launch Career Network: Building Services, a new career training program focused on the building services trades based on our successful Career Network: Healthcare program model. Students will participate in coursework, career exploration, and hands-on practical work experiences.
FOOD ACCESS SUPPORTER $3,000
Support the Phipps Neighborhoods Food Pantry at Melrose: The pandemic has amplified the long-standing food security crisis in the Bronx. We are working to promote the availability of fresh and culturally relevant food for our community members, particularly the residents of Phipps Houses buildings.
STAFF DEVELOPMENT SUPPORTER $1,500
Support our greatest asset – our staff: We are increasing professional development opportunities for our staff to support the growth of their ability to serve our community. We will enhance staff skills and knowledge in Social-Emotional Learning, Transformational Leadership, and STEAM instruction.
Please consider a check payment, or ACH deposit, to ensure your entire contribution benefits Phipps Neighborhoods programs.
