Phipps Community Builders Fund

While we are not able to come together this year for our annual Community Builder Awards Gala, please have dinner at home and make a contribution by June 30 to the Phipps Community Builders Fund in honor of Phipps’ families and Phipps’ essential workers.

Since March, Phipps staff across all our residences and programs, have extended themselves above and beyond normal duties in arranging deliveries of meals and food; making connections to emergency services and funds; providing information about relief efforts, and phoning residents to check on their wellbeing; at the same time, building staff have performed heightened cleaning at all locations. And, personal protective equipment has been distributed to all essential workers, as well as residents in our supportive housing programs. With Phipps assistance, 25,000 meals have been provided to residents and community members in the last three months.

Phipps Neighborhoods has pivoted its long time after-school and employment programs to support distance learning through tutoring and supplemental online educational programing. Phipps staff have helped families connect to Department of Education online classes and helped students navigate and succeed in this remote learning environment.

We invite you to partner with us in this effort. Community Builder partners are recognized for their leadership in in the following ways:
