At Phipps Neighborhoods, ARCHES is more than a reentry program — it’s a fresh start and a pathway back to community, belonging, and opportunity for Bronx youth.
ARCHES is designed for young people ages 16–24 who are on probation or have been involved with the justice system. Through weekly group circles led by credible messengers — mentors who have walked a similar path — participants build trust, learn new ways to handle challenges, and strengthen the skills and confidence to shape their own future.
