We offer on-site support services that help residents access resources, navigate challenges, and build a foundation for long-term success. Our approach is rooted in the belief that stable housing is just the beginning: true opportunity requires ongoing, personalized support.
Across Phipps sites, our Resident Services team works directly with families, older adults, and individuals to promote well-being, stability, and self-sufficiency. Services are free and available to Phipps residents.

Case Management and Resource Navigation
Personalized support connecting residents to essential services like childcare, SNAP enrollment, benefits assistance, housing application guidance, and more.

Crisis Support and Rental Assistance
When life gets complicated, our team is here to help—providing referrals, assistance with rental arrears, and help navigating city systems like HRA.

Workforce and Employment Support
Residents can receive guidance with job searches, resume building, and referrals to employment programs.

Supportive Housing Services
We offer specialized on-site support for individuals with mental health needs or a history of homelessness. Services include life skills coaching, medication support, and money management assistance.

Senior Support and Wellness
Our team supports older adults (age 60+) with wellness programming, case management, benefits enrollment, and opportunities for connection—including social events and group activities. Services are offered in both English and Spanish.
