Ignite Action,
Inspire Change

BxCAT — the Bronx Community Action Team — is a youth-led program at Phipps Neighborhoods that empowers Bronx residents ages 16–24 to create real change in their community.

As NYC’s only Opportunity Youth United affiliate, BxCAT members meet twice a week to build leadership, organize for social justice, and drive policy and community projects that make the Bronx stronger. Guided by a Leadership Council and supported by dedicated members, BxCAT pushes for civic awareness, advocacy, and meaningful youth voice in decision-making.
