At Phipps, we believe that every volunteer is important to our mission. Whether you’re looking to share your skills, dedicate your time, or simply make a difference in the community, you will forge deep connections that will have a lasting impact. Together, with your passion and commitment, we will continue to build thriving communities.
How You Can Help
- Make a Difference in a Child’s Life: Help create a positive and nurturing environment for children in a school setting by giving your time and sharing skills.
- Empower Older Adults: Make meaningful connections with older adults at our NORC (Naturally Occurring Retiring Community) center! Help them develop valuable digital skills, enjoy fun activities and form lasting friendships with older ones within the community.
- Teach and Inspire: Share your passion and expertise with students at our Makerspace. Encourage and motivate them by teaching new skills and fostering their creativity.
- Provide Nutritious Foods to Phipps Families: Volunteer at our food pantries and contribute to the packaging and preparation of nutritious food bags for distribution for both Phipps residents and community members.
- Beautify and Transform our Communities: Whether it is beautifying our community spaces, maintaining gardens, or participating in community clean-up events, you can help us create a welcoming environment for all!
