It was a delightful evening at the 2026 Phipps Gala, where we had the honor of recognizing the contributions of Lettire Construction and their CEO, Nick Lettire.
Over the past two decades, Lettire and Phipps have delivered over 2,500 units of affordable housing together. The largest of these projects is Rockaway Village, which includes 1,700 apartments, over 100,000 sq. ft. of commercial space and an Opportunity Center.
