ABOUT LETTIRE CONSTRUCTION

With more than 45 years of experience and over 10,000 housing units delivered, Lettire has built a reputation for executing complex projects and delivering high-quality housing that strengthens communities across the five boroughs. Rooted in East Harlem, the company remains family-owned and maintains a hands-on approach, with leadership actively involved from preconstruction through completion.
Over the past two decades, Lettire and Phipps have delivered over 2,500 units of affordable housing together. The largest of these projects is Rockaway Village, which includes 1,700 apartments, over 100,000 sq. ft. of commercial space and an Opportunity Center. Lettire supports Phipps’ mission to build thriving communities.
