Ashley Allphin
Deputy Human Resources Director

Ashley Allphin serves as Deputy Human Resources Director at Phipps. Since joining the organization in 2023, she has spearheaded change management initiatives to foster an inclusive culture focused on employee engagement and wellness.  

Ashley currently leads the Human Resources Department and has over sixteen years of human resources experience, including five years in the financial services sector.  

Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a Master’s degree in Organization Leadership from Cabrini University, and has an SHRM-SCP certification. While pursuing an advanced degree, she volunteered for over 10 years with the Junior League of Philadelphia and other local organizations, supporting health and wellness initiatives for adults and children in the Philadelphia area. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, trying new exercise classes, traveling to warm destinations, and exploring restaurants and music venues in New York City.
