Elisa Santiago is the Corporate & Development Controller at Phipps Houses, where she oversees accounting and financial operations for the organization’s corporate entities and real estate development portfolio. With more than 20 years of accounting experience, including 12 years in public accounting specializing in real estate, Elisa brings deep expertise in financial reporting, project accounting, and development finance. 

Since joining Phipps Houses in 2017, she has played a key role in strengthening financial processes, helping establish the Corporate and Development Accounting Group, and implementing systems that improved project cost tracking and development accounting. Elisa is committed to supporting Phipps’ mission through strong financial stewardship, operational excellence, and strategic collaboration.
